Mubasher: Human Soft Holding announced that Al Othman Commercial Enterprises Co has sold 20.47 million shares in Human Soft on Tuesday, 31 July, in private transactions.
This stake represents about 16.746% of Human Soft’s capital, at a total value of KWD 67.6 million ($223.7 million) or KWD 3.3 per share, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that Human Soft has a capital of KWD 12.22 million distributed on 122.2 million shares.
